PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Principal’s Desk
"The goal of education is not to increase the amount of knowledge but to create the possibilities for a child to invent and discover." Jean Piaget
At Mount Carmel, we believe that education is not merely the acquisition of knowledge but the journey of transforming young minds into compassionate, responsible, and steadfast individuals. Our school has always stood as a beacon of academic excellence, grounded in the values of faith, integrity, and service.
We aim to equip our students with the critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence essential to navigate an ever-changing world. The success of our students is built on the strong foundation of the "Golden Triangle", the student, the teacher, and the parent. We deeply value the trust you place in us and remain committed to fostering an open, collaborative relationship. Together, we can encourage our children to dream big, persevere, and treat others with kindness.
Our theme for this year is SPARKLE (shining bright) in everything we do—not just in academics, but in our character and conduct. To sparkle is to be resilient, to reflect light onto others, and foster a zestful approach in the classroom every single day. Every student has a "spark" inside—a talent, a hobby, or a kind heart. Sparkle means to have the courage to showcase their talents. "Students should not hesitate to ask questions or help. Their effort is what makes them shine!"
Let’s make this a year of great achievements, new friendships, and meaningful memories. May we continue to work on making our school a place where everyone feels respected, valued, and inspired to do their best.
Our goal this year is to foster an environment where curiosity meets character. We encourage every student to dive into these planned opportunities enthusiastically whether it’s in the classroom, on the stage, or on the field.
We the Carmelite sisters of St. Teresa emphasize on instilling in our students not only the desire to succeed academically but also to be compassionate and virtuous individuals who will make a positive impact in their lives and in the world around them.
May we continue to grow, " Little by Little,” into the best versions of ourselves.
